Our shop employs a dedicated structures crew, bringing over 50 years of combined experience to every project. Our ability to provide cost effective practical solutions to complicated problems rests in this level of experience.

Our technicians work in conjunction with the manufacturer, maintaining an open dialogue with Gulfstream engineers to expedite solutions for complex engineering problems. Western Jet’s body of work includes government military modifications and installations, interior configuration changes, composite work, sheet metal work, and modifications that are needed to facilitate major scheduled maintenance.

Western Jet’s innovative structures team welcomes the opportunity to work on extensive design modifications. We recently completed a modification on a GIII, converting it from an A/C to D/C powered aircraft, outfitting the aircraft with a stand-alone power distribution box similar to DC powered GIII’s. Our customer saved a significant amount of time and money utilizing our in-house DER’s to engineer our own repairs.
